Analyse & Optimize

more

RF::SCOUT, the new analysis tool of the RF::SCOUT, offers the possibility to perform valuable checks based on plant records from virtual or real plants.

Planners receive detailed information about processes, capacity utilization and the material flow.
Planning and changes, as well as integrations, can thus be secured and validated at any time, even during the revision period.

RF::SCOUT

Optimize & Tuning

Now optimize and coordinate the production speeds of the individual cells with RF::SCOUT . The optimization consists of producing a maximum of products with a minimum of tools, robots and energy.

Process analysis

RF::SCOUT

Activity diagram

The module displays all existing activities that are available through an analysis or a loaded result file are available.

RF::SCOUT

Flowchart

Like the activity diagram, the module displays all existing activities. Here, for a given component, the cycle in which it is at a certain point in time is displayed in color. If the component leaves the cell, cycles of other components are highlighted.

RF::SCOUT

Workload diagram

Displays the load per cycle.

RF::SCOUT

Cycle time diagram

The module shows the average cycle time as well as the average relative position of the activities of all filtered elements to the cycle. So-called "cross-over tasks" can be hidden.

Interlock Checker

Interlock Checker

In the area of collision analysis, the Interlock Checker checks all zones and positions of an object to the zones and positions of other objects. A selected interval step is taken into account for a selected time interval. The result of the analysis is displayed simultaneously in three different ways:

Status graph

Timescale

3D Viewer

All existing and possible collisions are displayed. All occupied zones in which no collisions are physically possible are displayed and the "Program Call Sequence" and the "Robot Details", Tools & Bases and Kinematics are output for each robot.

Shift

In the area of shift analysis, two records are compared or matched with each other. For example, a virtual plant can be compared with a real plant. The result of the shift analysis shows the shift of all objects to a master object in two different ways:

Tables form

3D Viewer

The physical forces acting on the individual objects of a plant are also displayed.

Signalyser

In the area of signal analysis several possibilities are available to be able to examine the sequence of raw signals. The signals are displayed according to their data type. The user can compile the desired signals individually.

3D Viewer

Using the 3D Viewer, an invited plant (RF::YAMS file) can simply be displayed or viewed and analyzed in more detail in conjunction with the Interlock Checker and the Shift applications.
